I liked the dresses a lot and ended up being happy overall, but I did feel a little pressured while shopping. It’s like every dress shop always has someone trying to nudge you into deciding faster than you want. Still, the dresses were nice, so I can’t complain too much.

support fixed the issue with my dress quickly, so I’m happy it all worked out.

I stopped in the other day and ended up having a really nice time in the fitting room. It felt comfortable, and the staff was super kind, which made the whole thing easier. Not much else to add, but I left feeling good about the visit.

I was a little unsure about how the alterations timeline would go, just because that part can be a bit stressful. But everything ended up going really smoothly. They gave me clear dates for each fitting, and my dress was ready exactly when they said it would be. There wasn’t any last-minute scrambling, which I really appreciated. The fit turned out great too, so overall I was really happy with the experience.

I really liked how Kleinfeld Bridal had a good range of sizes, and looking for bigger options didn’t feel weird there. On so many bridal sites, you have to dig around forever it feels like, but this was easier and not so stressful. I could actually see myself in some of the dresses, which was nice. Overall, it was a really good experience and made me feel a lot more comfortable.

I had a question about my appointment and figured I’d probably be waiting around for a while, but they replied way quicker than I expected. I’m not 100% sure how fast it was exactly, but it definitely felt fast. The person was really nice too, and it seemed like they actually read my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste answer. It made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. Overall, I’m happy with how easy it was.

The pickup was right on time, which I really appreciated, and the delivery went smoothly too. That said, there wasn’t anything especially standout about the experience, it was efficient, but a little bare-bones. Still, everything got handled without any issues.

It’s definitely not the cheapest dress out there, but once I saw the quality, the price felt fair. The material and overall finish made it feel like a solid purchase, and I’m happy with it

Kleinfeld had way more designers than I expected, so it was kinda nice being able to compare so many different looks in one place. I found a few dresses from designers I already liked, and also discovered some new ones I hadn’t heard of before.
I’m giving 4 stars because a couple of styles I saw online weren’t available to try on, which was a little disappointing. But overall, it was still a good experience.

Walking into Kleinfeld was such a fun little moment, like I expected it to feel kind of intense or super formal, but it didn’t at all. It was bright and clean and there was so much happening, but in a happy, buzzy way, like everyone was excited to be there.

Even with people moving around and appointments going on, it somehow still felt calm, which I really appreciated. The mirrors, the dresses, the seating areas, all of it made the place feel special, but not in a stuffy or uncomfortable way, if that makes sense.
My mom and I kept looking at each other like, wow, this is actually such a nice atmosphere. It just made the whole appointment feel easy and fun instead of stressful, and I think that made the experience even better

I went with my sister to her dress appointment and we had such a fun time, the staff was super patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured, and even though the place was busy it still felt really personal and special for her.

I told them what I was comfortable spending, and they actually stuck to it with no pressure or upselling. I think a lot of customers would appreciate how straightforward and respectful they were.

I showed up kind of stressed because my schedule was totally packed, and I was fully prepared to be irritated if they were running late. But then they called me in right on time, and my whole mood changed. No awkward waiting, no feeling like I was being squeezed in. Everything was smooth, easy, and surprisingly calm.

They got back to my emails really quickly and even checked in with me after my visit, which I appreciated. It made the whole dress process feel a lot less stressful. I actually told a friend about them because the experience was so easy and reassuring

Booking my appointment was really quick. Everything was simple to follow, and I had it done in no time.

I wasn’t expecting there to be that many options, but they had what felt like hundreds of dresses. There were simple gowns, big ballgowns, lace ones, sparkly ones, pretty much every style I could think of. After trying on maybe 8 or 10, I had a much better idea of what I actually liked. The selection was great and I never felt stuck with just a few choices.
